最近の天気は最高ですね!春はサイクリングのベストシーズンですね!
昨日は弥彦スカイラインを両側から登りました。そのトレーニングは上のグラフでみれます。
一回目登った時にはインターバルトレーニングをしました。二回目は20分間170HRをキープしながらトレーニングをしました。
最近調子がいいようなので今度弥彦に行く時は自分のコースレコードを切りたいと思います。がんばります!
Recently the weather is great isn’t it! Spring is the best time for cycling!
Yesterday I rode up both Yahiko skylines. The training can be seen in the graph above.
The first climb was interval training. For the second climb, I kept my HR at 170 for 20 minutes.
I've been feeling good on the bike recently so next time I go to Yahiko I want to try to beat my best time. I'll do my best!

Hi Andy - I have yet to climb all the way to the top on the steep side this season! Which gear did you use Tuesday? And when are we going to get our next ride in up there?

Thanks for all your comments. I rode Yahiko using a few gears. Keeping a constant HR makes you go easy on the steep sections and go harder and in a heavy gear on the less steep sections ex. through the switchbacks. Interestingly it usually produces a good time without blowing a gasket!
I rode Yahiko today too but I had a bad hangover, so no record breaking attempts today!
I hope we can get up there soon. Check out the profile on my last blog. The same course we rode after Yahiko hill climb plus a couple of small bumps on the end for good measure!
