Gran Fondo Kashiwazaki

弥彦が終わりちょっとハードトレーニングに入りました。
月曜日も火曜日も同じクレイジーなヒルクライムスペシャルをやりました。

コースは小村峠～尾神岳～石黒～353号線(松代方面)～芝峠温泉～じょんのび温泉～磯野辺～高柳～柏崎 107キロ(2250m登り)でした。

火曜日に一人でTTしました。
月曜日にマサキさんとじょんのびTIMEのゲストメンバーシュウゾウさんと一緒に走りました。シュウゾウさんは柏崎でサイクリングするのが大好きみたいでした。また遊びにきてね！

そして高柳の7～11(はしもと屋)でじょんのびTIMEのスズキさんに会いました。スズキさんは磯野辺のFIRST ATTACKをしたそうです。お疲れさまでした。

スズキさんと昔のマンチェスターミュージックシーンの話をして楽しかった！そしてスズキさんに今のマンチェスターバンドのおすすめがあります。DOVESというバンドです。　Pounding / There goes the fear (下のリンクうをチェックしてください）

トレーナーに乗る時やヒルクライム練習をする時にとても合う音楽です。聞いてください。

GRAN FONDO KASHIWAZAKIはとてもいいコースだと思います。今度じょんのびイベントで走ると楽しいと思います。

After Yahiko I got into some hard training.

On Monday and Tuesday I did the same Crazy Hill Climb Special。

Check out the course profile↑ (it looks like a TDF stage!).

The course was: Komura Pass - Ogami Dake – Ishiguro – R353 (towards Matsudai) – Shibatoge Onsen – Jyonnobi Onsen – Takayanagi – Kashiwazaki. (107km including 2250m of climbing)

On Tuesday I rode the course solo.

On Monday I was joined by Masaki san and じょんのびTIME’s guest member Shuzo san. Shuzo san seemed to love the cycling around Kashiwazaki, so be sure to come again!

We also bumped into Suzuki san at the Takayanagi 7-11 (Hashimoto ya). Suzuki san had just finished his first ever climb of Isonobe. Well done!

I really enjoyed talking with Suzuki san about the　“Manchester music scene”
. By the way Suzuki san I can recommend a current Manchester band too.

It’s great music for both riding on the trainer and practicing climbing hills. Enjoy!

Gran Fondo Kashiwazaki is a great course. It would be great fun to do it together as a じょんのび event!
