最近寒くなりましたね。自転車に乗る時どうやって暖かくしますか？僕は最近UNIQLOの“ヒートテック”を着ています。

サイクリングショーツとサイクリングタイツの間にヒートテックタイツをはいています。足は全然寒くなりません！

そしてジャケットの下にヒートテックTシャツを二枚着ています。登りでジャケットをオープンしないと暑過ぎる位です！下りは全然寒くないです！ジャケットの下に着ても邪魔にならないように“M”サイズを着ています。始めてです！

まだサンタからプレゼントをもらっていないじょんのびメンバーにヒートテックはおすすめです！

Recently it’s getting cold isn’t it? How do you keep warm on the bike? Recently I’ve been wearing UNIQLO “heat tech” layers.

I’ve been wearing heat tech tights between my shorts and cycling tights. My legs never get cold!

Beneath my cycling jacket, I’ve been wearing 2 heat tech T-shirts. On the climbs, if I don’t zip my jacket wide open it’s way too hot! The descents aren’t cold either! To get a good fit under my jacket I’ve been wearing “M” sizes. That’s a first for me!

Jyonnobi TIME guys who haven’t had a present from Santa yet, I recommend “heat tech”!
