ISONOBE!!! 2009!!! FIRST ATTACK!!!
磯之辺登ってきました。2009年のファーストアタックでした！
今週は天気が良かったのでたくさん走りました。ほとんどは海岸線を走りました。明日は天気がまた悪くなるそうですから“今日は磯之辺のチャンスだ”と思いました。
コースはR353～石黒～高柳～磯之辺～安田～R73～西山～石地～海岸線～柏崎 (105キロ)。
石黒からR353のじょんのびジェットコースターに乗りたかったのですが道にちょっと雪がありました。危ないじょんのび！他の道は大丈夫でした(磯之辺も！)。
またチャンスがあればウィンターイソノベに登りたいと思います。頑張るじょんのび！
Today I climbed Isonobe. It was the first assault of 2009.
The weather has been good this week so I've ridden a lot. I've mostly been riding on the coast road. From tomorrow the weather looks like it will deteriorate again so I thought “it’s a chance for Isonobe”.
The course was R353～Ishiguro～Takayanagi～Isonobe～Yasuda～R73～Nishiyama～Ishiji～coast road～Kashiwazaki (105km).
I was hoping to ride the R353 “Jyonnobi rollercoaster” from Ishiguro but there was quite a few patches of snow on the road which looked dangerous. All the other roads were okay (even the one up to Isonobe!). If I get chance I want to climb up Isonobe again this winter. Gambaru Jyonnobi!

Yep, you are a machine. However, I do recall the urgency I used to get about getting up the climbs. Misozuko was out of action for a while, but I used to push the boundaries of sane bike riding.
Winter made me so stir-crazy and riding in sub zero temperatures was the only solution.
Today was 'Hell Ride'. About 250 of Melbournes best roadies banging down the coast. It is amazing man, a full peleton effect with pacelines working up both sides so peeps don't get dropped of the back. Police have to control it at times, but for skills and confidence, nothing compares.

I checked out those "Hell Rides" on the net - they look cracking. I'd love to take part. Maybe when we come and visit!
Having so many people into cycling in Melbourne must be motivating!
Any ride in Kashiwazaki today would be a hell ride - there's a big snowman next to every day next week on the forecast - you have to get your rides in when you can!

KashiwazakiとHawaiiは違いますね！向こうで自転車乗りましたか？僕は2年前にハワイ島でバイクをレンタルして走りました。向こうの天気はスポーツをするのに適していますね。
石地ダムですが、周りを一周走りました。なかなか面白い道ですよ。春になったらぜひ走ってみてください！
ハワイ島で、バイクですかあ。うらやましいなあ。サドルロード使って、コナからヒロまで行ったり、ボルケーノ周辺じゃ、マウンテンバイクのツアーも結構ありますもんね。
アンディには、マウナケア、ぜひともヒルクライムしてほしかったなあ。
今回ゴールドコースト行きましたけど、サイクリスト結構いました。（強い選手いっぱい出てますもんね）ジェットスター航空が、成田ーゴールドコーストに直行便を出していて、ホームページよく読んだら、他人の荷物を（重量）事前購入できそうなので、次回は１５キロぐらい購入して、ぜひともバイクを持っていこうかと思います。
Takano san, すみません！写真を見て、HAWAIIだと思っていました。AUSTRALIAもいいね！僕は自転車じゃなくて、車でMELBOURNEからSYDNEYまで走ったことがあります。AUSTRALIAはやっぱり広いですね。。。。
