Sunday ride?

今日は雪じゃなくて、曇りでした！外で走るチャンスでした。まだ寒いのでたくさんウェアを着て、暖かくして走りました。

帰りに寺泊でじょんのびTIMEのKitanoさんに会ったので二人で帰りました。風が強くて、フラットでKitanoさんのハートレートが177まで上がったそうです。僕は原発の前にある登りで180まで上がりました。二人は頑張りすぎじょんのび！

明日はもっといい天気みたいですね。久しぶりにアンドリューさんと一緒に走ります。じょんのびTIMEの皆さん、一緒に走りませんか？

松波にあるの“DAILY”コンビニに8時集合です。Kitanoさんが起きられるかな？！？！

まだ決まってないですが、コースは: 柏崎～海岸線～寺泊～弥彦周り(？)～柏崎。

Today it wasn’t snowing, it was…cloudy! It was a chance to ride outside. However, it’s still really cold so I wrapped up well to keep warm.

On the way back, I bumped into じょんのびTIME’s Kitano san and we rode back together. The headwind was really strong and Kitano san said his heart rate got up to 177on the flats. My heart rate was also high, rising to 180 on the climb behind the power station. I think we both rode a bit too hard today – Ganbarisugi Jyonnobi!

The weather for tomorrow looks better still. I’m going to ride with Andrew for the first time in a good while. じょんのびTIME guys, why not come along？

I’ll be heading past the Matsunami “Daily” convenience store at about 8am. Kitano san, do you think you can get up？！？！

We have no firm plans yet, but the course will likely be: Kashiwazaki～coast road～Teradomari～a loop of Yahiko(？)～Kashiwazaki。
