青空だ！
今日はいい天気でした！昼からアンドリューさんたちと一緒に温泉に行く約束したので朝早く起きて走りました。
家を出た時気温は1℃でした。寒かったじょんのび！
道路に時々アイスがあったので山の方に行くと危ないと思いました。
今日のコースは寺泊周りサーキット92キロでした。久しぶりに外で走るとモチベーションが上がって平均32キロのスピードを出しました。トレーナーでもジムでも面白いトレーニングができますがチョイスがあれば外が正解ですね。
昨日の夜は友達今井さん(じょんのびTIMEのファンです！今井さん読んでる！？)と一緒に飲んだから今日は2月なのに2 BOTTLESで走りました！
そして今日も飲みました！アンドリューさんと一緒にきんぱちの湯でお風呂とビールをエンジョイしました。なかなかいいお風呂ですね。おすすめじょんのび！
Blue skies!
Today was great weather. We'd arranged to go to the onsen with Andrew and family in the afternoon, so I got up early to ride.
When I left home it was 1℃. That's cold jyonnobi! There were patches of ice here and there so I thought it best to stay away from the mountains.
I took in a 92 km loop around Teradomari. It was the first time out on the road for a while so I was well up for it and got out an average speed of 32 kmph. Fun training can be had at the gym and on the trainer but you can't beat outside riding.
Last night I enjoyed beers with Imai san (じょんのびTIME fan! Are you reading this blog!?) so even though it's February, I needed 2 bottles today!
I had beers today too. Andrew and I enjoyed the baths and beers at “Kinpachi no yu”. It's a good place. Osusume jyonnobi!
