今日は寒かった！POLAR DATAでは平均気温が4℃でした。

コースは:
柏崎～野田～石黒～R353～松代～高柳～磯野辺～柏崎 (80キロ、 1200m登り)

明日は久しぶりの弥彦！松波のヤマザキデイリーから8時に出発します。走りたいメンバー、どうぞよろしくじょんのび！

Today was really cold! My polar data recorded an average temperature of 4C.

Today’s course:
Kashiwazaki～Nota～Ishiguro～R353～Matsudai～Takayanagi～Isonobe～Kashiwazaki (80km、1200m of climbing)

Tomorrow I’ll head out to Yahiko for the first time in a while. If you want to come along, we’ll be departing from the Matsunami Yamazaki convenience store at 8ish. Why not じょんのび！
