good course
今日はいいコースを走りました:
柏崎～R8～笠島～海岸線～大泉寺クライム～R8～柿崎～R25～柏崎ダム～R524～大出口キャンプ場～R78～R241～川谷～R78～あさひの里～石黒～高柳～柏崎 (100キロ、 1500m登り)
大泉クライムは初めてでした。なかなか面白い登りです。入口はR8の米山海岸パーキングの前にあります。
尾神岳の一番上まではまだ行けません。でもR524やR78やR241などたくさん登りがありますね！
本当は磯野辺も登りたかったのですが、高柳に着いたら大雨でした。
今日のコースはなかなかタフなサーキットでした。じょんのびの興味があるメンバー、走ってみてじょんのび！
I rode an interesting course today:
Kashiwazaki～R8～Kasashima～old coast road～Daisen Temple climb～R8～Kakizaki～R25～Kashiwazaki reservoir～R524～Odeguchi camp site～R78～R241～Kawadani～R78～Asahi no sato～Ishiguro～Takayanagi～Kashiwazaki (100km、 1500m of climbing)
It was the first time to try the climb up to Daisen temple. It was a really interesting climb. The entrance to the road is just before the Yoneyama seaside parking area.
You can’t get to the top of Ogami Dake yet. However, with R524, R78 and R241 there’s plenty of climbing to be had！
I really wanted to climb Isonobe to put the icing on the cake but by the time I’d got to Takayanagi the rain was coming down hard.
Today’s course made for quite a tough circuit. じょんのびguys if you’re interested, why not give it a tryじょんのび！?
