今日のじょんのびランは先週と同じサーキットでした。スターティングメンバーは8人でした。
高柳の方にニュースノーがたくさんありました。磯野辺は除雪してなかったので上まで行けませんでした。でも写真ポイントまで登れてよかったです。
帰りは風が強かったです。“echeleon”の練習になりました！そしてバイパスに入ったら追い風になって、一生懸命走って、50キロ出しました。何かツールのプロローグみたいなスピードが出て楽しかったです！

Today’s じょんのびgroup ride took in the same course as last Sunday. 8 members joined the ride.
There was lots of new snow around Takayanagi. The snow ploughs hadn’t visited Isonobe yet so we couldn’t get up to the top. However, it was good to get as far as the “photo point”.
The side wind on the way home was incredible. It turned into good
“echelon”training！ After turning into the by-pass, the wind became a tailwind. Riding flat out I got up to 50kmph. It felt like I was whizzing along in a TDF prologue!
