rainy Tuesdays

今日の仕事は高柳でした。もちろん自転車で行ってきました!天気予報通り、行きは晴れ、帰りは雨でした。家に帰って、荷物を置いて、もう一時間雨の中を走りました。

コースは:
柏崎～高柳 <<仕事>> ～柏崎～野田～別股～別股ローリングコース～鵜川～R353～柏崎(80キロ)

雨の日のレースもあるので時々は雨の中でも練習したほうがいいと思います。

木曜日も高柳での仕事なのでまた自転車で行ってきます。晴れたら草津前のラスト磯野辺をしたいと思います。楽しみにしています！

Today I was working in Takayanagi. Of course I went there by bike! The weather was just as the forecast said, fine on the way there, rainy on the way back. Once home, I dropped off my bag and did another hour in the rain.

Course:
Kashiwazaki～Takayanagi <> ～Kashiwazaki～Nota～Betsumata～Betsumata rolling course～Ukawa～R353～Kashiwazaki (80km)

Occasionally you have to race in the rain so it’s not a bad idea to train in the rain from time to time.

I’m out in Takayanagi on Thursday too. I’m hoping it’s fine so I can give Isonobe one last climb before Kusatsu. Looking forward to it!
