今日はまた弥彦スカイラインに登りました。今日はアンドリューさんと一緒でした。

今日の弥彦山は雲の中でした。登る時は気持よかったじょんのび。
今日はほとんどアンドリューさんが引っ張ってくれました。アンドリューさん、調子が上がっていますね！さすがトップライダー！
ずっと引っ張ってくれたのに僕は最後にアタックしまいました。ひどいじょんのび！失礼じょんのび！
上で僕は“すみません。パンチしてもいいよ！”と言いました。
アンドリューさんが“いいえ。いいトレーニングだよ”と返事しました。さすがイングリッシュジェントルマン！

Today I climbed Yahiko skyline again. This time I rode up with Andrew.
(118km、810m of climbing、29kmph)
Today Yahiko was wrapped in clouds. It felt really fresh on the way up.
I spent most of the climb clinging onto Andrew's back wheel. Andrew, you're coming strong! That's what we expect from a top rider!
Despite shying away from the work for most of the way up, I still ended up attacking on the final section! Terrible じょんのび！ Bad manners じょんのび！
At the top I said to Andrew “People get punched for less than that!”
Andrew replied “Oh no, it's all good training!”
That's what we expect from an English gent!
