昨日北野さんから”Let's enjoy riding”とメールがきました。やっとオフシーズンになったと思いました。

でも今朝会ったら:
A ”どこがいい？”
K ”尾神岳まだ行ける？”さすが！今シーズンはもうちょっと続くじょんのび！

小村峠に登った後で:
北野さんの後ろを走って180HRでした。最後の500mで北野さんがペースアップ、僕は切れてしまって、ペースダウンでした。

尾神岳に登った後で:
K ”尾神でのギアは難しいですね”
A ”難しくないよ！インナーローだよ”
ハートレートは185位でついて行けませんでした！レースモードじょんのび！

上石黒に登った時がラストチャンスだったので頑張りました。その後で
K ”さっきオールアウトでしたか？”
A ”だって！全部は負けられないよ！”

尾神岳の紅葉は最高でした。チャンスがあれば見にいって下さい。午後ルークとシノブともう一回見にいきました。その後ゆあみ温泉に入りました。

秋はいいですね!

Yesterday I got a mail off Kitano san saying “Let's enjoy riding”. I thought we’re into the off-season at last.

However, when I met him in the morning:
A ”Where do you want to go？”
K ”Can we still get up Ogami Dake？” I might have known！We are clinging on to the last threads of this season じょんのび！

On the climb of Komura Pass:
I was sat on Kitano san’s wheel watching my heart rate pounding at the 180 mark. As we reached the last 500m, he sped up, I lost contact, and slowed right down…

On the climb of Ogami Dake:
K “It’s difficult to know what gear to use on this climb isn’t it?”
A “What！It’s gotta be the easiest gear you’ve got!”
Even with a heart rate of 185, I couldn’t keep up. Race Mode じょんのび！

My last chance to do some damage came on the climb up to Upper Ishiguro:
K “You went All Out back there didn’t you？”
A “I had no choice！I can’t let you win everything！”

The autumn colours on Ogami Dake today were fabulous. If you get a chance, go and check them out. I went back for another look with Luke and Shinobu in the afternoon. After that we enjoyed a good soak in Yuami Onsen.

Don’t you just love autumn!
