Itoigawa training time again...was real impressed looking at your pictures on the trainer. No wonder you are unbeatable!! Had my wife get me some Depeche Mode CDs at the library today...not bad at all. Will aim at finishing first (age group first that is) this year.

I'd swap my hours on the trainer for your hours on the road any day! How I envy you guys living on the other side of the hill where the weather is so much better!
I've found listening to lots of different kinds of music to be really inspirational on cold nights in the garage. Any Belgian recommendations?
