You can get good live links to pretty much any race at www.cyclingfans.com
Some links are better than others so you sometimes have to try a few.
Also - maybe not an issue for you - but you can get links to live radio feeds too, so you can watch a race on say German TV and listen to commentary in English.
I'll post up links for future races too then!
