Lap 4 (12:07 mins / 36.6 kmph) full gas
Total (81 km, 32.8 kmph)

Nice pace for solo riding! I have to say I am particularly impressed with your February work out which included 5 laps!!! Good luck with your last weeks of training. I'm finished for the season!
Thanks Andrew. Yes, I'm pretty happy with the pace I can set at the moment.
The workout in February was one of those rare winter days when the sun is out and the roads are dry, so I was probably pretty motivated.
I was relieved that I could beat February's times though, which were pretty good anyway, but set with minimal road riding, a few extra Christmas winter kilos and the full winter warmers.
Just a few weeks left for me. Enjoying a hard block of training for the last time this year. Hope we can get together on the bikes soon!
