two ways to go faster:
1. get lighter
2. get stronger
That's my focus. The magic equation that is the "strength to weight ratio". 30 mins in the rain, 30 mins on the rollers, 30 mins with the barbbells.
Monday's training:
1. bike to work (20 km)
2. rollers - tempo x 30 mins
3. dumbbells:
lunges 12.5 kg x 10 (3 sets each leg)
1 leg squats 7.5 kg x 10 (3 sets each leg)
